Yet another summer Arsenal want to sign Karim Benzema. The London-based club are ready to launch a fairly tempting fee of €50 million, according to several reports from Britain, but Real Madrid will not sell and the player does not want to leave, according to his own agent.

"Karim is very happy in Madrid and he will stay there after the transfer window ends, I'm 1000% (sic) sure of that," said Karim Djaziri. "He doesn't want a move out this summer," he added.

Although nobody knows what Benzema's role with Benítez be given that the Spanish manager might try to play Cristiano Ronaldo as the striker, the French attacker has earned himself an important spot in the roster throughout the years. He's improved his consistency and while some more goals from him would be valuable, his overall contribution to the team's offensive system is out of question. It seems that Benzema will stay.
