As Real Madrid landed in China, so did Florentino Pérez. The President took a plane from Madrid and will meet the team in Shanghai with Ramos' contract extension as his primary goal for the trip. Ramos is reportedly on his way out of the club, with Manchester United being the team most interested in his talents, but Florentino Pérez is still confident of finding a way out of this problem and sign a contract extension with the defender.

However, if this ultimately happens, it will be even more difficult for Real Madrid to land United's keeper David De Gea this summer. Ramos put the club in this difficult situation and Florentino Pérez wants to resolve their differences in Shanghai, trying to let him know how important he is to this club and the fans now that he's become the captain.

Real Madrid will play their third game of this 2015 pre-season this Monday against Inter Milan (14:00 CET).
