This was going to happen. Apparently, Florentino Pérez and Sergio Ramos had a meeting in China in which the President accepted Ramos' complaints, according to Marca. Per that same report, both parts are really close and will agree a contract extension soon, meaning that Manchester United will not sign their primary target for the defensive line.
Ramos is a legend of this club and there's no way he is going to leave while he's in his prime. The Spanish defender has two years left on his contract but he deserves a last extension with the club.
This could complicate Real Madrid's talks with United for David De Gea. The British club must sell him this summer if they don't want him to leave as a free agent next year, though. Apparently, the red devils are ready to move on and buy replacements for De Gea in case the Spanish leaves in August.
