David De Gea's move to Real Madrid will be confirmed this Monday, according to Mundo Deportivo. The goalkeeper would be unveiled this Tuesday at 13:00 CET if that happens.
That report isn't much considering that Mundo Deportivo's sources within Real Madrid aren't very reliable but several Madrid-based journalists believe that the deal will go through. "Real Madrid will not stand De Gea up now," said Antonio Romero from Cadena SER this Saturday.
Los Blancos should not be in a hurry about De Gea after Keylor Navas' impressive display against Betis this Saturday. Still, De Gea showed big willingness to join Madrid by turning down a big offer from Manchester United months ago, and that's something Florentino Pérez will appreciate.
The transfer window will tomorrow night, so Real Madrid will need to get things going if they want to sign De Gea away from Manchester United instead of waiting one year to sign the keeper as a free agent.
