A serious pre-season test for Real Madrid.

Yes, Real Madrid will be without Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, but Los Blancos and Bayern Munich willl surely try their best to win and make a statement in case they face each other in this season's Champions League. Real offered a decent performance against Tottenham, but they will need to improve if they want to beat this Bayern team.

1- James and Isco together, again. Although these two players are expected to fight for a starting spot in Benítez's lineup, they always play well together. Could Benítezchange his formation and sit either Benzema or Bale if James and Isco keep playing this way?

2- Jesé as a striker. Jesé deserved to score a goal in yesterday's match against Tottenham. He might even be the starting striker in Real's debut match in La Liga because of Benzema's injury, and he seems ready to contribute. He lacked confidence last year, but his pre-season has been great as he appears to be ready to make the best out of his chances.

3- The tactical battle between Guardiola and Benítez. This is only a pre-season game, but Benítez and Guardiola will make enough chances during the game and it will be interesting to see which team wins that battle.
