Sergio Ramos finally made the cut after returning to the squad today. The Spanish defender finished Saturday's match against Espanyol with physical problems that could keep him on the bench tomorrow too, but he will be at Benítez's disposal.

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla and Rubén Yáñez.
Defenders: Varane, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Carvajal.
Midfielders: Kroos, Bale, Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric and Isco.
Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Jesé and Cheryshev.

Other than that, no surprises in Real's squad list. Danilo and James are still out with injuries and will not be back any time soon. Vázquez did not make the list either.

Benítez will likely rotate his squad although next Saturday's home match against Granada seems to be the best time to give his most important players some rest. Real Madrid should still be able to beat Shakhtar, but Granada will definitely be a much easier game for Los Blancos. Could Kovacic get his first start as a Real Madrid player then?
