This will be Real Madrid's last Liga BBVA game before paying a visit to Atlético de Madrid's Vicente Calderón next weekend. With Los Blancos heading the table, they should earn all three points against a Málaga team that have not scored a single goal throughout the 5 matches played so far into the season.

Benítez could even decide to make some rotations to have his players ready for the Derby. Real Madrid will also travel to Sweden to play against Malmo next Wednesday and that will be an important fixture that could determine the outcome of the crucial match against Atlético.

Málaga might have been mediocre offensively so far, but they do have a well-structured defensive system that could make things difficult for Madrid if Los Blancos aren't inspired. Either way, reports from Spain suggest that Benítez will start Jesé Rodríguez upfront meaning that either Isco or Benzema will get some rest. Pepe will also miss the game with a small injury that should not keep him out of the Derby.
