BREAKING: Ramos questionable for Sunday's match against Sporting Gijón

The Spanish defender is still in and out the injury report.

It seems that Sergio Ramos will never be completely recovered from his shoulder injury. The Spanish defender managed to play last weekend against Deportivo but he is questionable for Sunday's meeting with Sporting Gijón, according to COPE.

It would be wise for Ramos to stop playing around with his injury so he could be at 100% as soon as possible. Otherwise, he will be out of form after missing so many games and that will almost surely cost his team.

So far, Ramos has been able to play against elite opposition, but his performances in those games have not been good enough to suggest that this is a good strategy. The coaching staff and the doctors should tell Ramos to stop so his shoulder heals, but Ramos' willingness to play through that injury is causing him and the team problems.

Either way, Real Madrid will confirm this next Friday whether Ramos is ready to face Sporting or not.
