Real Madrid have already stated in many ways that they expect their appeal to be accepted, but even if it isn't they are hoping to get the ban postponed and make signings this next summer to add some depth to this roster, just like FC Barcelona did when their appeal to the CAS more than a year ago.
Either way, Real's roster is quite ready to face such a ban and Los Blancos only need a backup left-back to have a very deep squad. Still, it's clear that Florentino Pérez will want to make some signings next summer as he always does, but those will not be necessary.
Real Madrid are reportedly interested in players like Robert Lewandowski and Eden Hazard. It will not be easy for Los Blancos to complete those two signings as neither Bayern Munich nor Chelsea need to sell their best players, so Pérez should be satisfied enough with the squad he has and make the signings this Real Madrid team truly needs.
