Real Madrid will not pay close to €100 million for Chelsea's Hazard

Apparently, that's what Chelsea want in return.

Eden Hazard is one of Real Madrid's main targets in the next transfer market. That seems clear, although Madrid would need FIFA to either remove or postpone the transfer ban in order for Real Madrid to sign any players.

Chelsea would like to get €100 million for Hazard's transfer, according to Spanish website OKDiario. That's a fee Real Madrid would never be willing to meet for the Belgian star, per that same report, so it will not be easy for Hazard to land in Madrid knowing that Chelsea do not need to sell as they always have a good budget ready to be spent thanks to owner Roman Abramovic.

Zinedine Zidane appreciates Hazard's game but Real Madrid let the coach know that they have good players like Isco, James or even Cristiano Ronaldo for his spot, so it is not necessary to spend a huge amount of money on the Belgian attacker at the moment.
