Real Madrid published the squad list for Wednesday's UEFA Champions League match against Legia Warsaw and both Marcelo and James will stay in the Spanish capital.

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Casilla and Rubén Yáñez.

Defenders: Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Coentrão, Danilo and Tejero.

Midfielders: Kroos, Kovacic, Asensio and Isco.

Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez, Mariano and Morata.

NEXT TRAINING SESSION: Today, 1 November at 7pm in the Wojska Polskiego stadium (First 15 minutes open to the press).

Pepe is also out, so Real Madrid will be without six key starters as Ramos, Modric and Casemiro are still recovering from their injuries.

All in all, Los Blancos have a depleted squad. Still, they should be able to take care of business against Legia, even though their home-field advantage will be a very tough one to overcome for the visiting Madrid side.

Expect Kroos, Kovacic and Isco to play in the midfield.
