With the winter break in full flow, Real Madrid’s stars have had a lot of time on their hands to relax on the beach, spend time with their families, and make money with some choice endorsements.
James, Benzema, Carvajal, Navas, Lucas, Varane, Asensio, and Ruben Yañez, have made sure to cover the latter in EA’s new promo campaign - Skill Games Challenge.
Mimicking the FIFA 17 load screen before a game, the squad took practice free kicks with the objective of earning the most points by hitting the targets positioned in the four corners of the goal.
Carvajal, Asensio, Lucas, and Ruben split into team Spain, while the other half organized themselves into the rather lazily named Rest of the World.
Predictably, team Rest of the World took the lead thanks to James’ wizardry over the dead ball, but team Spain made a clutch comeback with a beautiful strike from Yañez, much to the delight of the banterful bunch of Asensio, Carvajal, and Lucas.
