With Barcelona trailing Real Madrid by six points in La Liga table and hosting Los Blancos this Saturday, fans around the world will tune in hoping to see a very competitive match between two of the greatest sides in European football.
Big players like Gareth Bale or Toni Kroos will have to miss the match while Casemiro and Andres Iniesta might not be fit enough to make the starting XI for their teams, but coaches Luis Enrique and Zinedine Zidane will surely make sure that their players give their very best.
“It’s important to emerge victorious because they are a direct rival and we share similar aspirations and being at home is just another motivating factor. We’ll need to play very well to beat a team as good as this one," said Barcelona coach Luis Enrique.
“We're only thinking about putting in a good performance. I'm not considering a draw, a win or a defeat. I'm not thinking about the result, just about giving everything so that after the game we won't be able to say we were lacking something. The result is the consequence of what you do out on the pitch. If we do things well, we'll be able to get a positive result," explained Zidane.
The stage is set for what will be an early kick-off. Make sure to tune in.
