Real Madrid host Borussia Dortmund in what will be the last game of this Champions League Group Stage. Los Blancos are currently two points behind Dortmund in the group and must beat the German side if they want to finish on top and play the second leg of the Round of 16 at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Borussia and Madrid drew their previous game 2-2 but Zidane's men couldn't beat Legia Warsaw away from the Bernabeu, that being the main reason behind Borussia's two-point lead in the group.
Toni Kroos and Alvaro Morata are back with the team after missing a month with injuries. Zidane will surely be looking forward to give them minutes but they might need some time to get their groove back, so the French coach will most likely start other players for the time being.
Mateo Kovacic is out of the squad as he will be resting after being an undisputed starter ever since the season started because of Casemiro, Modric and Kroos' injuries. The Croatian midfielder has done a remarkable job and definitely deserves some rest.
