Here's Real Madrid's official statement.
The Madrid Court of First Instance no.51 has fully dismissed the claim made against the modifications made to the Social Statutes of Real Madrid C.F., which were approved at the General Assembly of Delegate Members held on 30 September 2012.
The ruling dismisses the claim made against Real Madrid C.F. by Rafael Martínez-Campillo García, Francisco Bernabéu Canales, José Pina Mora, Marcelino Martínez García, Rodrigo Martín García, José Francisco Canales Amorós, Jaime Roque Canales Amorós, Antonio Calderón Espadas, José Manuel Soriano Espinosa, José Manuel Pérez Macía, Fidel Bernabéu Canales, José María Filgueiras Sánchez, Francisco Gaspar Riquelme Rubira, José Canales Pineda and Antonio Cascales Salinas, who are made to pay the costs incurred during the case.
This was a big deal for AS, who believed Florentino Pérez wanted to change the status without the approval of the members. The court dismissed their case and the status have finally been approved.
In the end, this changes nothing as the status were approved by all the members in the first place.
