Zidane: "Marcelo will only play if he's 100% ready"

"We know this will be a tough away match, they are a very good team and they know how to play football. We are ready to play this match though, we had a good week to work hard," said Zidane.

"It's always a pleasure to watch this guy play. He has had a fantastic career and it's his decision only." That's what Real's manager said about Totti, an AS Roma legend who is still playing.

"I think he's fine but he will only play if he's 100% ready. He has to get some good sleep and we will see tomorrow because the most important thing will be to have him 100% ready for such an important game in a very important competition," said Zidane about Marcelo's condition.

"It's no different from my debut in the Champions League as a player," said Zidane. "We just have to be focused and ready to go, and I believe we will do well," he concluded when asked about his managerial debut in the European competition.
