Paul Pogba on Zidane's shortlist

Or at least that is what MARCA are reporting today.

Real Madrid probably don't need another midfielder. Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are undisputed starters while Mateo Kovacic is slowly proving that he will soon deserve a spot in the Starting XI. Either way, Juventus' Paul Pogba is on Zinedine Zidane's shortlist for next summer, according to MARCA.

Other big clubs are obviously interested in Pogba as well, meaning that Real Madrid would need to spend close to €100 million if they want to sign the Frenchman away from Juventus. Manchester City and also FC Barcelona appear to be willing to pay that much money for Pogba as well, so both Juventus and Mino Raiola are probably rubbing their hands thinking about how much they can cash in if Pogba leaves Juventus next summer.

Either way, this would probably be an unnecessary signing for Real Madrid considering how well Mateo Kovacic -- and don't forget Casemiro -- have played when given the chance to peform.
