Only Manchester United, Manchester City, Madrid and PSG can afford Neymar

Those four clubs are the only ones capable of spending €190 million on the Brazilian attacker

Neymar might be willing to listen to some offers. The Brazilian attacker reportedly wants to get a contract extensión with a significant raise in his wages and it seems that his negotiations with Barcelona are taking longer than expected. Even Neymar's father confirmed that Neymar received a big offer to leave Barcelona.

Only four teams have the Budget to launch said offer: Manchester United, Manchester City, PSG and Real Madrid. Neymar has a €190 million reléase clause in his contract and those four clubs could be willing to spend that much money in his talents, according to a report from Radio Marca.

It seems that Real Madrid are indeed very interested in Neymar although it would be complicated to make that deal considering that one star player -- most likely Cristiano Ronaldo -- would have to leave the club to make room and money for Neymar. It will be a long summer for Neymar and FC Barcelona.
