Real Madrid squad named for Liga BBVA match against Las Palmas

Real Madrid released the squad list for the Liga BBVA match in the Canary Islands. This will be the longest trip for Real in the domestic competition and a tough team to beat at their own stadium.

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Casilla and Rubén Yáñez.
Defenders: Varane, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo, Carvajal, Nacho and Arbeloa.
Midfielders: Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric, Bale and Isco.
Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Lucas Vázquez, Borja Mayoral and Jesé.

Toni Kroos, Karim Benzema, James Rodríguez and Danilo will miss the game and those are four potential starters in this squad. Kovacic and Casemiro will likely compete for that starting spot in the midfield alongside Modric. Remember that Real Madrid need to get all the points they can in order to secure a spot in next year's Champions League as soon as possible. That way, Zidane's men will be able to concentrate fully in the Champions League, the only competition in which they can touch some silverware this season.
