Real Madrid will offer €75 million for Everton's striker Romelu Lukaku, according to The Sun.
Madrid don't need to spend big on another striker, and even if they do, Lukaku shouldn't probably be that man. That's why The Sun's report is so strange to see. While he's still 22 years old, Lukaku is not the player he once was expected to be when Chelsea signed him away from Anderlecht years ago. He's scored 18 goals over 29 Premier League games for Everton and it's not easy to tell whether he could replicate those numbers in the Spanish league or not.
The Belgian striker is mainly a physical attacker who thrives when given a lot of space to run in open field. He's also good when the ball is in the air but that kind of game would not translate properly in Real Madrid or in the Spanish Liga BBVA, that's why the move doesn't make any sense.
