Real Madrid published the 21-men squad list for Wednesday's Champions League match against Wolfsburg.
Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Casilla and Rubén Yáñez.
Defenders: Pepe, Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Carvajal, Arbeloa and Danilo.
Midfielders: Kroos, James, Bale, Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric and Isco.
Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Lucas Vázquez and Jesé.
Raphaël Varane has been the one and only man left out of the list as he is still recovering from the calf injury he picked up during the last FIFA break. The French defender is expected to be available for next week's return leg against Wolfsburg although Zidane should also be careful with Varane's injury.
Sergio Ramos and Casemiro are one yellow card away from being suspended, so they will need to be very disciplined if they want to feature next week at the Bernabéu. Both of them are now crucial players in Zidane's mind and it would not be easy to find replacements for them in the current roster.
