Castilla win their division as they beat La Roda

Martin Ødegaard and his Real Madrid Castilla teammates will play for the promotion to Segunda División in the Playoffs after winning their division in the Segunda División B.

Castilla beat La Roda 6-1 while their rivals Barakaldo drew against Las Arenas and lost the first spot in the group.

Mariano Diaz has been the undisputed star of the season and Iván Ramis and the rest of the coaching staff will surely be looking forward to seeing more goals from the striker in the Playoffs in order to secure a spot in the Segunda División, something that would be very important for Madrid's youth system as the young players would have a golden opportunity to play against quality opposition in order to gain more experience.

Real Madrid Castilla will likely be the favourites for the Playoffs after their excellent season, and the team has the talent to promote to Segunda División if they manage to stay focused and composed. Their potential rivals are Racing de Santander, Reus and UCAM Murcia.
