Real Madrid published the squad list ahead of Saturday's crucial Champions League Final against Atlético de Madrid. As expected, coach Zidane has taken the whole squad to Milan, even Raphaël Varane who is injured and will not be available.
Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Casilla and Yáñez.
Defenders: Varane, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Carvajal, Arbeloa and Danilo.
Midfielders: Kroos, James, Bale, Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric and Isco.
Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Lucas Vázquez and Jesé.
Again, Varane will not be able to feature, even though he is on the list. Real Madrid's expected XI includes Casemiro in the midfield and not Isco, although Zidane could decide to start Isco in order to provide more creativity and break Atlético's defensive wall more efficiently.
This will be a season-defining match for both teams as they have not won a title yet and this could be a great opportunity to make history. Atlético would conquer their first Champions League title and it would be the 11th if madrid win.
