Real Madrid released the medical report on Lucas Vázquez, who injured his knee during Real's 3-2 win against Valencia last Sunday.
Following the tests carried out on Lucas Vázquez, in the Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital, he has been diagnosed with a medial collateral sprain in his left knee. His recovery will continue to be assessed.
Vázquez should be available for the Champions League Final, if reports from Spain are accurate, although he will most likely miss Real's next game against Deportivo.
Vázquez has been getting plenty of minutes lately and could be a useful player off the bench for the crucial Final against Atlético, given his disposition to work defensively and his crossing ability through the right wing.
There are two matches remaining in Madrid's schedule, with Madrid needing a win and Barcelona dropping points in order to conquer La Liga title, considering that Atlético de Madrid have wasted their chances after losing to Levante last Sunday.
