Luka Modric, Mateo Kovacic, Ivan Rakitic and Co. can clinch a spot in the next round of the UEFA Euro with a win against the Czech Republic. They already took care of business with a good performance against Turkey and the Croatian side should be able to earn all three points against a weaker Czech Republic side.
Modric scored a thing of beauty in the opening game, arguably one of the best goals scored in the tournament so far, but Mateo Kovacic spent all the game on the bench in a surprising decision by the coach.
Most analysts expected Kovacic to be a starter behind Mario Mandzukic, but it seems that he will be a reserve and a potential game changer off the bench.
Croatia will be looking forward to getting the three points and then battle with Spain for the first place in the group in the last match of this stage.
