Just if it wasn't clear enough, Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta confirmed that Real Madrid will pay the €30 million buyback clause on Álvaro Morata's contract with the Italian side.
"They let us know that they will buy him back, we will wait for the documents and then we will see what happens after that," said Marotta.
Madrid are reportedly willing to keep Morata if he accepts a reserve role behind Karim Benzema, something quite unlikely given that the player has stated many times that he wants to play "relevant minutes."
Juventus and Los Blancos will also begin their negotiations over midfielder Paul Pogba soon after the UEFA Euro, according to the player's agent Mino Raiola, although that move will be much more difficult than the one for Morata.
"We have not received a single offer for Pogba so far, and he's a big player for Juventus' present and future," said Marotta about the French midfielder.
