It seems that Real Madrid will not have an easy time trying to sign Paul Pogba away from Juventus. While some reports earlier this month suggested that Los Blancos were going to complete the signing of the French midfielder shortly after the UEFA Euro, it now appears that Manchester United are leading the race for Pogba, according to AS.
Juventus want to get at least €120 million for the player and Pogba himself wants a €15 million/year salary, while Madrid are not willing to meet those two demands. United, on the other hand, need to spend some money without hesitating.
Madrid will need to react quickly if they don't want to see Pogba joining United, as the red devils and Mino Raiola have a good relationship thanks to the negotiations over Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan, who appear ready to join the Barclays Premier League this summer.
Zidane wants Pogba on the team and Pérez will work to get the player.
