Morata could be crucial for Juventus-Real Madrid's Pogba talks

While Los Blancos initially wanted to buy the striker back, their recent interest in Pogba could mean that Morata stays with Juventus.

Real Madrid and Juventus are set to begin some serious negotiations over Álvaro Morata and Paul Pogba. While the Italian side want to keep Morata's rights and then decide whether they should sell him or not, Los Blancos are interested in Pogba and would like to buy Morata back for the €32 million clause to get some profit.

It appears that both clubs will try to find a common ground to see if they can reach an agreement over Pogba and Morata. If Juventus lower Pogba's price significantly, Madrid could let Morata stay with Juventus, but the Italians also want to get a record fee for the French midfielder.

Either way, Madrid need to trigger the clause in Morata's contract before July 12th, so their negotiations with Juventus will start really soon and possibly even next week.

It will not be easy to find said common ground and let both teams get what they want, but Juventus and Madrid will try.
