Paul Pogba still has hopes of joining Real Madrid this summer and is waiting for the Spanish club to call Juventus and get a deal done, according to ABC. Madrid also want to sign Pogba but not at any cost, as they don't want to reach the €120 million they would need to spend in order to get the French midfielder.
Manchester United's interest in Pogba is real but the Frenchman would rather join Zinedine Zidane, Raphaël Varane and Karim Benzema in Madrid, that's why he's still waiting to see if Madrid can make something happen. Juventus want either a €120 million deal or an agreement involving Toni Kroos which Real are not considering at the moment.
It will not be easy for Madrid to sign Pogba, and even if they do Los Blancos would still need to sell James Rodríguez, something quite difficult after the Colombian playmaker confirmed that he wants to stay in the Spanish capital.
