Aubameyang: "The only club I would leave Dortmund for are Real Madrid"

He has no room in the current Real Madrid squad, though.

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has said that he would only leave Borussia Dortmund if Real Madrid come calling in an interview with ZDF.

"The only club I would leave Dortmund for are Real Madrid," he said.

While Aubameyang is definitely one of Europe's best strikers, Real Madrid currently have no room for him with Álvaro Morata and Karim Benzema as the two strikers. It seems that Aubameyang will need to wait a bit and keep performing well for a while if he wants to draw Real's interest.

Aubameyang is 27 years old and scored 39 goals over 49 matches played for Dortmund last season. He thrives on counterattacks with his explosiveness, something that is always very useful.

It's clear that Aubameyang is a big Real Madrid fan, but with Benzema and Morata both having good years of football left, it will be hard for him to join Los Blancos any time soon.
