WATCH: Gabriel Jesús' scouting report, transfer target for Madrid and Barcelona

Is he that good?

Reports from Spain indicate that Barcelona and Real Madrid are fighting for Gabriel Jesús, a Brazilian left-winger playing for Palmeiras who could leave Brazil for around €25 million.

As you can see in the video, Gabriel Jesús is definitely a talented player, one with enough potential to be a star in the future. However, these goals and assists videos don't tell how he would adapt to a very different style of football that is played in Europe. He does very well in Brazil's low-paced game, but how would he fare in Europe, where the defenders press much harder and the tactical systems are much more important?

Real Madrid's interest in Gabriel Jesús is definitely real, and even though Sport says that he would rather play for Barcelona, Los Blancos also have their chances. Madrid's scout Juni Calafat approves his signing and it will all be decided soon, apparently, although he might spend some more time in Brazil or on loan in another European club to develop as a player.
