Manchester United will offer €115 million for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba and that seems that they're now ahead of Real Madrid in the race for the French player. Los Blancos are not convinced of spending that much money on Pogba and United manager José Mourinho appears to see this as an opportunity to improve his midfield line, according to AS.
Furthermore, United are ready to offer Pogba a €18 million/year contract that would almost double Madrid's offer. Pogba's agent Mino Raiola has a good relationship with the red devils after completing a deal for Zlatan Ibrahimovic last week, so the talks between the player and United could go smoothly.
Pogba has great potential but Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez is not keen on spending more than €100 million on his signing. It seems that Zinedine Zidane is the only one who can talk Pogba into taking a significantly smaller offer and join Real Madrid.
