Morata to be unveiled today

Real Madrid striker Álvaro Morata will be unveiled at the Santiago Bernabéu today (13:00 CET). The attacker spent the last two seasons on loan with Juventus but he has been with Real's academy for quite some time, so this unveiling is probably just an event for Morata to enjoy some attention from the media and fans alike.

Real Madrid are most likely going to stay put in the transfer market, meaning that Morata's presentation could be the last this summer unless the club decides to do a similar unveiling for Marco Asensio, who never enjoyed the moment when he first signed for Real Madrid, leaving Mallorca more than a year ago.

Either way, today's Morata's day. The Spanish attacker proved he was good enough to be a first-team player during his two seasons with Juventus and will compete with Karim Benzema for a spot in Real's starting XI. He will surely answer questions about that matter after his presentation.
