Real Madrid will most likely have to play without Gareth Bale, Toni Kroos and Pepe in the UEFA Super Cup Final against Sevilla. These three men have not completed a single training session with their teammates and their condition surely leaves much to be desired. Zidane knows it and said after the 1-0 win against Bayern that he will "see how these three players are doing" once Los Blancos arrive in Madrid.

Cristiano Ronaldo will also miss the game after suffering a knee injury in the UEFA Euro Final.

However, Zinedine Zidane still hopes that Benzema can get ready in time for the match against Sevilla, even though the French striker has not featured in any of the three friendlies Madrid have played throughout their preseason stage in North America.

"Benzema is better now, he trained with us, I hope he can play, it's always tough when someone is not training regularly because of injuries but the most important thing now is that he is with the rest of the squad," said Zidane.
