Both Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo could make their return to Real Madrid's squad this Saturday against Osasuna. The two players spend quite some time trying to recover from their injuries as soon as possible and completed Tuesday's training session.
Osasuna will visit the Santiago Bernabeu this Saturday in what should be a manageable game for Real Madrid, meaning that coach Zinedine Zidane could possibly wait until Real host Sporting Portugal next week in the opening game of the Champions League Group Stage.
Real Madrid have plenty of depth upfront and Los Blancos should take care of business against Osasuna even without Ronaldo and Benzema. Zidane, however, could try to give them some minutes to improve their condition.
Ronaldo suffered a knee injury during the UEFA Euro Final against France last July while Benzema has been dealing with a problematic hip injury ever since the preseason started, although he featured some minutes against Sevilla in the UEFA Supercup Final.
