Martin Odegaard’s loan move to Dutch side Heerenveen has sparked plenty of intrigue, with many (real) experts hailing the transfer as an excellent step forward for the young 18 year-old Norwegian wunderkid.
Journalist Dermot Corrigan expressed his approval of the move and chose to link an ESPN article to provide context for his comment. Unfortunately for ESPN, they had a little trouble getting the picture of Odegaard right, choosing to instead display Marcos Llorente as their cover image.
18 months at Heerenveen seems perfect for both Odegaard and Madrid: https://t.co/nLMNopwC3P

Marcos caught wind of Dermot’s tweet and assured everyone that he was quite happy to stay at Alavés for now.
I wish @martinio98 all the best in @scHeerenveen, but that's me on the picture and I'm staying in @alaves for now https://t.co/sHLti2GsR1

But seeing an opportune moment, Heerenveen chose to cheekily express interest in a loan move for Marcos Llorente with an excellently fashioned tweet.
@Marcos_Llorente just give us a call if you change your mind

While it’s clear that it’s just a joke, it’s probably true that Heerenveen would be more than glad to make use of Marcos’ talents, something that speaks well about the season he’s been having over at Alavés.
