Ceballos to leave Real Madrid on loan deal next winter?

Milan want to sign the Spanish midfielder, even if it’s just on a loan deal.

Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos is on AC Milan’s radar for the upcoming transfer window. According to reports from Italy, Milan will offer Madrid a loan deal for the remainder of the 2017-18 season, something which could be useful as Ceballos isn’t quite getting the playing time he needs to develop as a player.

Still, Ceballos probably knew that he needed to be patient when he signed for Madrid last summer. Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, Kovacic and Isco are all ahead of him for one spot in the midfield. Either way, he decided to stay and compete for a spot on the team, meaning that he might not consider a loan deal to Milan next January.

Furthermore, it would not be easy for the player to get used to new teammates, another playing style and a different league, so this rumored loan deal would not be as useful as some could expect.
