La Liga is back for Real Madrid after the past FIFA break. Los Blancos are still seven points behind Barcelona in the table and that makes every game a must-win for Zidane’s men. Things could change this Saturday if Madrid manage to get the away win against Getafe though, as Barcelona will visit Atletico de Madrid in what will be a very tough match for Messi and Co.
Still, Madrid must take care of business and think only about their own game. They will host Tottenham in what could be a crucial game next Tuesday so Zidane could decide to make some rotations in order to keep his roster fresh. Either way, it will be very important for Madrid to play with composure as Getafe will surely sit back and test Real’s patience.
Keylor Navas won’t be available and while Kiko Casilla is a solid goalkeeper, Real Madrid will need to complete a good defensive performance so that he can gain some confidence and momentum.
