Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is still on Real Madrid’s radar even though he signed a contract extension with the club just months ago. The young goalkeeper will leave Milan if the Italian side don’t play Champions League football next season, according to reports, and considering how disappointing Milan have been early this season, it definitely seems like Donnarumma could be defending somebody else’s goal a year from now.
Still, many clubs will fight for his signing and agent Mino Raiola might as well be rubbing his hands in glee if teams like Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are trying to sign Donnarumma.
Apparently, Madrid will definitely be interested in signing another goalkeeper next summer. Athletic Bilbao’s Kepa and Donnarumma appear to be the main candidates, especially if Kepa doesn’t sign a contract extension with his current club. Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois is also reportedly keen on a return to the Spanish capital and that’s why he has put any talks about a contract extension with Chelsea on hold.
