Real Madrid just announced the squad list for Sunday’s match against Girona —16:15 CET—.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Casilla and Moha.

Defenders: Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Theo and Achraf.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, M. Llorente, Asensio, Isco and Ceballos.

Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema and Lucas Vázquez.

As expected, both Keylor Navas and Gareth Bale are not available, just like Dani Carvajal and Mateo Kovacic, who are still recovering from their injuries. Most of the starters are back with the team after being rested last Thursday against Fuenlabrada, so Real Madrid will have fresh legs.

Girona will surely make things tough for Los Blancos but Zidane and his coaching staff know that, so it’s clear that this time they will start the game with intensity trying to earn the three points available.

Madrid will also visit Tottenham next Wednesday, so it will be important for the players to avoid any injuries in order to play a competitive match against the British side.
