Real Madrid just published their starting XI ahead of the upcoming match against Tottenham in the Champions League Group Stage.

Real Madrid starting XI: Casilla, Achraf, Nacho, Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, Isco, Ronaldo, Benzema.

Tottenham starting XI: Lloris, Sanchez, Trippier, Dier, Alderweireld, Eriksen, Winks, Davies, Vertonghen, Alli, Kane.

It will be important for Real Madrid to play with competitive fire and willingness to prove that their recent dip in form is just a matter of confidence and momentum. Cristiano Ronaldo will surely be looking forward to improve and yet he needs to be patient and calm to make the best out of his scoring chances.

Madrid will also need their midfield to improve as it makes no sense for them to be completely dominated as they were against Girona. Kroos and Modric are good enough to control the tempo of the game against pretty much every team in European football and it’s time for them to prove as much.
