Bale’s agent talks about rumors placing the Welshman out of Real Madrid

Gareth Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnett talked to Spanish radio show El Primer Palo and had some strong words to say about the rumors placing his player out of Real Madrid next summer.

“I don’t want to answer stupid questions. Are you sure that you will be in the same workplace a year from now? I don’t, it’s not entirely up to me and the same happens with Bale. He’s a Real Madrid player and he will play when he’s recovered,” said Barnett before saying that the rumors are “rubbish.”

Barnett is referring to the reports suggesting that Real Madrid are determined about selling Gareth Bale next summer, published right after the Welshman picked up yet another muscle injury barely a few days after recovering from his previous issues.

Bale has been out of the field for more than a month now and it looks like he will need at least another month before he’s able to make his return.
