Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric couldn't complete Thursday's training session with the rest of the squad just two days ahead of the crucial Madrid Derby against Atlético de Madrid, meaning that right now he should be considered questionable for said match.
On the other hand, Mateo Kovacic did train with his teammates a day after completing the first half of the training session with them. His groin injury was a tricky one though, so his presence in the upcoming Derby might not be guaranteed.
Keylor Navas will not be ready for the Derby and neither will be Gareth Bale as both of them are still recovering from their injuries.
Real Madrid desperately need to beat Atlético de Madrid as they are currently eight points behind Barcelona in the table after a very mediocre start to their La Liga season.
This will be the first time they play in Atlético's new Wanda Metropolitano.
