Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas trained with the rest of the squad this Thursday and it looks like he will be ready to play when Los Blancos host Malaga on Saturday. On the other hand, Gareth Bale is still injured even though coach Zinedine Zidane said on Tuesday that the Welshman would rejoin the squad in training today.

Both players have been unavailable for a while and so has Mateo Kovacic, who could also return to the team against Malaga after training with the squad for the last few weeks.

Gareth Bale appears to be heading towards his return to the pitch but might not be ready to play this Saturday yet. The Welshman picked up a calf injury against Dortmund more than a month ago and then suffered yet another injury during the past FIFA break when he had already recovered from the initial one. He now has a groin injury which has kept him out of the team for the last two weeks.
