Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has spoken ahead of the decisive El Clasico against Barcelona, which will be played next Saturday —13:00 CET— at the Santiago Bernabeu. Los Blancos must win the game as they need to cut Barcelona’s current lead in the table.
"It's a really big game, no words can do it justice. It's a different sort of match. It's the most important one in world football, and given the points difference ahead of kick-off, we've got to win it to keep ourselves in the hunt in LaLiga,” said Ramos to Realmadrid.com.
"We come into the game in good form after winning the Club World Cup, which has done the team's morale a world of good. We're looking forward to the game and are working hard this week to try and get the three points that would keep us right there at the top of the table,” he added.
Real Madrid will be completely healthy for this game so coach Zinedine Zidane will have plenty of options to choose from and a good bench if Los Blancos are struggling.
