Real Madrid have decided to upgrade their current roster and will almost surely sign two players this winter, according to a report published on MARCA. Kepa Arrizabalaga appears to be on his way to the Spanish capital while Los Blancos will also try to bring in a new attacker. Mauro Icardi and Timo Werner appear to be on the club’s list although the latter would not be allowed to play in the Champions League this season.
According to that same report, Real Madrid are also thinking about signing a central defender knowing Jesus Vallejo and Varane’s struggles to stay healthy.
All things considered, Los Blancos would be trying to revert the current situation given that they are already eight points behind Barcelona in the table while the current squad is definitely not as deep as it should be. It will be interesting to see if Madrid finally decide to make those signings this winter.
