Real Madrid host Espanyol in La Liga after a complicated Champions League match against Napoli last Wednesday where Los Blancos had to complete a very solid performance to collect a valuable 3-1 lead for the return leg in Italy.
Coach Zinedine Zidane knows that some players will be tired and has decided to give them some rest, as Los Blancos will also play a tough away game against Valencia next Wednesday. Keylor Navas, Karim Benzema and Luka Modric will not be with the team for Saturday's match and most of the attention will be focused on Alvaro Morata, who has reportedly been unsettled about his current role with the team and will try to make a statement and show he can still compete for the starting job with Benzema.
Other than that, Isco will possibly get some minutes in the midfield while Zidane is hoping that Bale can get some minutes as well after missing the last few months with an ankle injury.
Real Madrid predicted XI: Casilla, Carvajal, Varane, Pepe, Marcelo, Kovacic, Kroos, Isco, Vazquez, Ronaldo, Morata.
Espanyol predicted XI: Lopez, Reyes, Duarte, Lopez, Caricol, Fuego, Diop, Perez, Reyes, Jurado, Moreno.
Prediction: Real Madrid 3 (Morata, Ronaldo, Isco)-0 Espanyol
