Real Madrid published the squad list for Wednesday's La Liga match against Las Palmas (09:30 PM CET).

Goalkeepers: Navas, Casilla and Yáñez.

Defenders: Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho and Marcelo.

Midfielders: Kroos, Kovacic, Modric, Asensio, Isco and James.

Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez and Morata.

Casemiro will not be involved in this game as Zidane has decided to give him some rest. The Brazilian anchor has been pointed out as one of the reasons behind Madrid's recent struggles and Zidane will try a new midfield line without him tomorrow.

This will most likely be a good chance for players like Isco, Kovacic and James Rodriguez to show they can work hard enough so that Madrid don't need a pure defensive midfielder on the pitch at all times. It's clear that Casemiro's physical presence is a very useful tool against tough opponents, but Los Blancos should do just fine without him most of the time.
