Real Madrid midfielder Isco Alarcon managed to score Spain's fourth goal against Israel and also had time to deny the transfer rumors suggesting that he will be leaving Madrid soon, with Barcelona reportedly being one of his potential destinations.

"We are exposed to this, to everything, rumors and all, so we're used to it. Now that there's little football going on people have to make rumors up, I don't know why. I only talk on the field and I try to do my best for the team," said Isco after the game.

Isco's current deal expires in the summer of 2018, so Real Madrid could possibly be forced to sell the player next summer if Isco refuses to sign a contract extension, as seeing him leave as a free agent in 2018 wouldn't be the ideal scenario for Los Blancos. Either way, an extension could still be happening if the player believes he can get the role we wants.
