Cardiff awaits and Real Madrid just have to keep the 3-0 lead they obtained on the first leg to play yet another Champions League Final, one which would be their third in the last four seasons.

Atletico Madrid will not make things easy on Los Blancos, though, as coach Simeone and his men have publicly said that they believe they can come back.

It's clear that Madrid have more than enough tools to clinch their presence in the Final after that very good result, but coach Zidane will have to keep his players focused on the game. Luckily enough for them, most of Madrid's stars will have fresh legs as Zidane has made some rotations lately.

Predicted lineups

Atlético: Oblak; Juanfran, Godín, Savić, Filipe Luís; Koke, Gabi, Ñíguez, Carrasco; Griezmann, Gameiro.

Out: Fernández (knee)

Doubt: Vrsaljko (knee)

Real Madrid: Navas; Nacho, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo; Kroos, Casemiro, Modrić; Isco, Benzema, Ronaldo.

Out: Carvajal (hamstring), Bale (calf)

Prediction: Atletico Madrid 1 (Griezmann) -1 Real Madrid (Benzema)
